Harris has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and biotechnology industries. He currently serves as the Chairman of MK Alliance, Inc., a position Ken has held for the past three years. Prior to co-founding MK Alliance, he was the President of Pall Corporation’s BioScience and Cellular Therapy Business Units from 2001 to 2008. Mitchel Sivilotti – Non-Executive Director Mitchel M. Sivilotti, a recognized consultant and expert in the field of cord blood banking, and presently serving as the President of TotipotentSC, and Vice Chairman of MK Alliance, Inc. Prior to co-founding MK Alliance, Mitchel was the Commercial Leader for cord blood systems and devices at Pall Corporation. Gary Cohan, M.D., F.A.C.P. – Non-Executive Director Dr. Gary Cohan is a globally recognized clinical research physician in the field of infectious disease. Dr. Cohan has been a practicing physician for twenty four years. Gernot Rehra – Non-Executive Director Gernot Rehra  – currently serves as the Director, TFCMC Global Business Management for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, Germany.  Gernot has been in the financial banking sector for nineteen years.
